IS NOW ON!

This program was created and developed around normal everyday cardio techniques that you are use to with a self defense subject matter surrounding it.
You will get a great 45 minute workout but each move/technique will have a self defense purpose which will cover how you can use it in a self defense situation.
This is also devleoped around CORE strength which develop your cardio, make you keep the weight off/or lose weight, as well as detoxing your body of harmful free radicals.
Handouts will be given to all students, as well as the ability to purchase @ Home DVD’s with the full workout.
Classes will cover:
- Band useage
- Kicking and punching
- Complete muscular workouts
- Heavy balls and much more.
